Exchange & Refunds
Items must be in their original condition, so we will be pleased to receive the items, inspect them from 7-14 working days and exchange or refund your money back once we complete our process.
Shipping fees is not refundable. 
The original receipt must be presented at time of exchange/refund
Underwear, swimwear and accessories are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Item exchanges at the time of delivery IS NOT ALLOWED. When the courier arrives, they will leave the item for you. If you wish to exchange the size of the item, we kindly request that you contact us through direct message (DM). In order to proceed with the exchange, please ensure that you adhere to our established return and exchange policy.
Online purchases can ONLY be returned by a request through our social platforms.
Returns must comply with our return policy.

Exchanges & Returns are accepted within 14 days from purchasing date.
